<p>Mount St Joseph is seeking to employ a dynamic School Support Officer to support our marketing and information literacy team.  The applicant will be a strong team player supporting our values and mission and providing high-level professional and personal support to members of the School Leadership Team.</p><p>Key responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>effective coordination of the marketing of School</li><li>support for management and maintenance of the School social media presence<br /></li><li>written and verbal communication with external stakeholders/suppliers such as printers</li><li>provision of high-level support to the Library Information Literacy Team</li></ul><p>Desirable experience and qualifications:</p><ul><li>advanced written and verbal communication</li><li>demonstrated personal initiative and time management skills with experience in managing projects with hard deadlines</li><li>ability to multi-task and set priorities and responsibilities with high attention to detail</li><li>highly developed interpersonal skills, with the capability to work autonomously.</li><li>flexibility and ability to adapt to changing school requirements and needs</li><li>familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator &amp; Photoshop)</li><li>possession of a valid Working with Children Clearance.</li></ul><p><br /></p>
