The College is seeking to appoint a Leader of Learning and Curriculum. This position includes a 3 point time and remuneration allocation commencing 27 January 2021.

<p>This exciting role will attract a leader of pedagogy who brings a passion to inspire young women to become independent learners; creative and critical thinkers; who confidently take their place in the world. As a member of the College Leadership Team, the Leader of Learning and Curriculum shares a responsibility for leadership of the College&#39;s vision, mission and strategic priorities and leads best pedagogical practice within the curriculum.</p><p><b>Essential Criteria:</b></p><ul><li>Commitment to Catholic Education, a clear understanding of the vision and mission of Catholic Schools and a willingness to support the faith formation of students.</li><li>Commitment to developing the pursuit of academic excellence in students and staff.</li><li>Capable of empowering students to be independent learners, critical and creative thinkers.</li><li>High order interpersonal skills, conducive to collaboration which promotes a shared commitment to the strategic directions of the College.</li><li>Well-developed strategic, change management, organisational and decision-making skills.</li><li>Ability to multi-task and set priorities and responsibilities aligned to the needs of the College.</li><li>Excellent presentation and ability to effectively communicate with parents, students and staff.</li><li>Capacity to lead the KLA Coordinators in the development of contemporary pedagogies and assessment within each curriculum area and a school-wide pedagogy.<br /></li><li>Ability to lead the analysis of data to inform more effective learning and teaching practices.</li><li>Ability to facilitate dynamic and collaborative learning experiences for students and staff.</li><li>Exemplary classroom practice, utilising a range of effective pedagogies.</li></ul>
