The Catholic Education Office Ballarat (CEOB) provides governance and support to 64 diverse primary and secondary schools, across western Victoria from the Murray to the Sea. The CEOB partners with schools to promote Catholic identity, deliver quality learning, enable effective stewardship and nurture respectful and trusting relationships with the community.
St Thomas’ Primary School, Terang is situated in a vibrant farming community, approximately 215 kilometres southwest of Melbourne and 40 kilometres east of Warrnambool. The School strives to develop the whole child – spiritually, intellectually, socially, emotionally and physically; in a safe and diverse learning environment. As an education community, we aim to develop core academic and skills, open young minds to embrace diversity, inquiry, critical thinking and the tradition of Christian life. It is a priority for our community of staff, students and parents to interact with mutual respect and support, and the school enjoys close relationships between the parent, staff and student communities.
