<p>Our Catholic out of School Hours Care Co-ordinators (COSHC Co-ordinators) are passionate about providing positive environments for our participants, within a nurturing community&nbsp;and engaging their teams to provide the best possible out of school hours care.&nbsp;</p> <p>Our centres typically open between 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday through Friday. &nbsp;</p> <p>Working with the Early Learning and Care Services staff, you'll be joining at a time of growth and building and refining our programs. &nbsp;With a particular focus on operating great centres and workplaces, your days will include:</p> <ul style="list-style-type: none"> <li style="list-style-type: disc">the effective day to day leadership of your COSHC and team with a focus on coaching</li> <li style="list-style-type: disc">keeping an eye on and ensuring we meet our regulatory obligations e.g. National Quality Framework and keep alive within the centre</li> <li style="list-style-type: disc">providing consistent high quality services in a safe and caring environment</li> <li style="list-style-type: disc">ensuring the budget is met</li> <li style="list-style-type: disc">meeting with families and providing support</li> <li style="list-style-type: disc">looking for opportunities for continuous learning and ensuring the culture and values of CEDP are practiced at your centre<br>&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Typical Experience and Qualifications</strong></p> <p>You'll bring to the role relevant work experience i.e. vacation care; OOSH and ideally you will also have a Certificate 3 or 4 or Diploma in "Children's Services" or years of experience will be considered. &nbsp;You must have:</p> <ul style="list-style-type: none"> <li style="list-style-type: disc">Working rights in Australia</li> <li style="list-style-type: disc">A valid Working with Children's Check<br>&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>The Organisation</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta provides quality learning and teaching in a faith-centred environment across 83 primary and secondary schools and within early learning and out of school hours care centres in Western Sydney.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">This position involves working with children. The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child-related employment including the completion of a National Police Check, retention of a valid Working with Children Check and adoption and compliance with CEDP’s Child Safeguarding Procedures and Code of Conduct When Working With Students and Children.</p> <p dir="ltr">CEDP promotes the safety and wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, and children from culturally and/or linguistically diverse backgrounds.
