<p>Marist Catholic College North Sydney - Lavalla Campus is looking for a Diverse Learning Coordinator who is responsible for the oversight of diverse learning across the Lavalla Campus (7-12). The role is supported by the Director of Wellbeing/ Director of Learning &amp; Innovation and Assistant Principal 7-12.</p><p> </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Key Selection Criteria:</b></p><ul><li>Commitment to Catholic Education with a clear understanding of the vision and mission of Catholic Schools and a willingness to support the faith formation of all students.</li><li>Qualifications and experience in Special Education.</li><li>Exemplary classroom practitioner.</li><li>The ability to collaboratively lead the Diverse Learning Team within an inclusive education model of service delivery.</li><li>Ability to liaise with parents, staff, students and outside agencies to support individual students with specific learning needs.</li><li>The ability to develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate high quality individualised educational programs, inclusive of adjustments.</li><li>The ability to provide whole school leadership around differentiation of the curriculum including assessment tasks to meet the individual learning needs of students.</li><li>An ability to oversee the data collection for NCCD.</li><li>An understanding of the Disability Standards for Educators (2005) and the Sydney Catholic Schools compliance requirements for schools.</li><li>An understanding of NESA requirements for Disability Provisions and Life Skills Outcomes.</li></ul><p> </p><p><br /></p>
