<p>Applications are invited from suitably qualified energetic and enthusiastic people with commitment to the ethos of a Maronite Catholic School for the positions of Arabic Teacher. </p><p>The successful applicants will need to have the ability to implement and evaluate current initiatives of curriculum and standards of framework, demonstrate a high level of communication with staff, parents and students and a proficiency for everyday learning. </p><p>CRITERIA</p><ol><li>Teaching qualifications recognised by NESA<br /></li><li>Ability to teach Stage 4 - 6 Arabic, and Mathematics and Stage 4 Digital Technologies</li><li>Possess a commitment to the philosophy of Catholic education within a parish school setting</li><li>Demonstrated administrative skills, with high level of flexibility and adaptability and ability to prioritise and work as part of a team</li><li> Demonstrated ability in integrating ICT in the classroom</li><li>Experience teaching in mixed ability classrooms</li><li>Thorough understanding and experience in applying formative and summative practices to assess student learning</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both oral and written</li><li>Teaching experience at an Australian school</li><li>Possess a valid Working With Children&#39;s Check Clearance</li></ol><p>All staff members are required to obtain a Working with Children Check Clearance which the School will verify as a condition of employment.
