The role of the Pastoral Middle Leader is to support the mission of Columba Catholic College through effective leadership in supporting students as College and community members. This role demonstrates leadership in three dimensions: Faith and Mission Leadership, Educational Leadership, and Staff Leadership.

Current students, past students, future students and their parents all mesh into the Columba Family which incorporates those parts of our history which once were Mount Carmel College, St. Mary&#39;s College, and St. Columba&#39;s Primary School of Charters Towers. </p><p> </p><p>Columba Catholic College, Charters Towers is seeking applications from experienced and passionate Pastoral Middle Leaders. </p><p> </p><p>This role is a Full Time, Permanent position and will commence in Term 1, 2021 </p><p> </p><p>The role of the Pastoral Middle Leader is to support the mission of Columba Catholic College through effective leadership in supporting students as College and community members.
