<p><b>POSITION OF LEADERSHIP </b></p><p><b>STUDENT WELLBEING COORDINATOR </b></p><p> </p><p>Expressions of Interest are invited for the position of SWC commencing in 2021 </p><p> </p><p>Catholic Regional College North Keilor, a Year 7 – 10 secondary college in the north west suburbs, is seeking applications suitably qualified and experienced teaching professionals. </p><p> </p><p>Student Wellbeing Coordinators (SWCs) are responsible for providing proactive, high quality leadership and support of their year level (students, parents and staff) and play a key role in the facilitation and implementation of the goals and annual Focus Areas of the College. </p><p> </p><p>The person appointed to this position will work closely with the Deputy Principal – Student Wellbeing, Director of Student Services, other SWCs, the Learning Diversity Team, School Psychologist and Counselling Team, and Homebase Teachers of the College, in promoting the wellbeing and learning outcomes of our students. SWCs will work as part of the Wellbeing Forum of the College to institute contemporary wellbeing practices at the College and drive focused strategic improvement for all students and staff. </p><p> </p><p>SWCs have specific responsibility for their year level, but are expected to work collaboratively to support other SWCs, Homebase Teachers and subject teachers and foster excellence in the professionalism of practice and a spirit of co-operation and collegiality within their year level. </p><p> </p><p>This is a full-time teaching role combined with POL 2.5/16 sessions per cycle. </p><p>Please refer to the role description for more detailed information on the responsibilities and duties.</p><p> </p><p>Applications close at 5pm on Friday, 21 August 2020 </p><p> </p><p>This school community promotes the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children </p><p><br /></p>
