The Head Student Services and Manager Wellbeing invite applications from outstanding educational leaders to apply for the position of Attendance Leading Teacher (2 point coordinator).

<p dir="ltr">The successful applicant will support schools in the implementation of the CEDP Attendance Intervention Framework to increase engagement and attendance of students.&nbsp;Work with the CEDP Attendance Team and school teams to develop proactive Tier 1, 2 and 3 intervention strategies to increase student attendance.&nbsp;Support schools to embed practices that promote wellbeing and attendance and to fulfil regulatory requirements whilst&nbsp;working systemically with schools, families, staff and leaders.</p> <p dir="ltr">The Leading Teacher is accountable for:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">Collaborating and consulting with teachers and leaders to design and implement Learning, Wellbeing and Inclusion frameworks to improve learning outcomes for students with additional needs</li> <li dir="ltr">Contribute to the development and implementation of Student Services strategy within schools to develop whole school processes to improve student outcomes</li> <li dir="ltr">Mentor and collaborate with teachers to enable professional learning and develop capability to execute effective learning interventions</li> <li dir="ltr">Working systematically to conduct risk assessment and management plans</li> <li dir="ltr">Collaborating with school teams to promote partnerships with parents, carers and community.</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">Typical Experience and Qualifications:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study</li> <li dir="ltr">Appropriate demonstrated experience</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>The Organisation</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta provides quality learning and teaching in a faith-centred environment across 83 primary and secondary schools and within early learning and out of school hours care centres in Western Sydney.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">This position involves working with children.
