<p>PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION: </p><p> Under delegation of the Principal, to support the implementation of the School&#39;s vision, including “providing quality Christ centred education within a caring environment”. </p><p>This role would suit an experienced Coordinator (or teacher desiring their first leadership opportunity) who is looking for a community-minded and supportive regional school.</p><p> In particular: - </p><p>- An opportunity to join and lead an excellent HSIE faculty surrounded by dynamic and enthusiastic staff.</p><p> - Efficient and effective day to day operation of allocated classes and delivery of student programs that is in accordance with NESA requirements and the College Vision Statement.</p><p> - Delivery of the secondary HSIE curriculum (predominantly across stage 5 and 6) to ensure congruence with the ethos and structure of the College, in conjunction with Executive Staff.</p><p>- Working alongside a supportive and collaborative team of staff who are passionate about student&#39;s learning across all areas.</p>
