The Catholic Schools Office is seeking an experienced and proficient Administrative Assistant who possess a high level of professional competency across a range of key areas. In this position you will support members of the Catholic Schools Director’s Office with various administrative duties such as: <br>• Provide high level administrative services to Assistant Directors <br>• Calendar Management and Coordination of Events <br>• preparing a range documentation including agendas, minutes, reports, letters, and more; <br>• Management of Survey Monkey surveys liaising with stakeholders and provision of school help desk support, downloading and analysing data and preparing reports <br> <h3>Essential Criteria:</h3> <br> • Ability to efficiently manage and organise office systems, schedules, procedures and methods, adapt processes and techniques as required, to facilitate effective team operations in line with CSO standards, policies and procedures; <br>• Willingness to support the ethos of the Catholic Church in education; <br>• Excellent written communication skills and strong verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills; <br>• Demonstrated experience using initiative and self-motivation in the workplace; <br>• Ability to respond to and resolve complex enquiries and issues to ensure the provision of accurate information, and the timely and effective resolution of issues; <br>• Demonstrated ability in accurately and proficiently performing a wide range of administration tasks. <br>• Intermediate experience and ability to work with various databases, Microsoft office programs and excel; <br>• Demonstrated capacity to organise, prioritise and multi task to meet various deadlines; <br>• An understanding and the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality; <br>• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and be responsible and accountable for own work with the capacity and willingness to work in a team environment; <br>• Current paid Working With Children Check. <br> <h3>Desirable Criteria:</h3> <br> • Demonstrated experience providing high-level executive and administrative support. <br> <h3>Renumeration:</h3> <br> Salary is in accordance with Catholic Schools Office, Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle Employees Enterprise Agreement 2017. <br> <h3>Additional Info:</h3> <br> Applicants may be required to undertake a national police check, hold a current employee Working With Children Check, complete a health assessment declaration, hold a current NSW driver's licence, and have the ability to work within Australia. *Please note that not adequately addressing the selection criteria will result in your application not being shortlisted.* To apply: Please provide your resume and a cover letter addressing the selection criteria directly to the Talent Acquisition Team - talent@mn.catholic.org.au Applications close: Tuesday 21st July, 2020. 11.59pm <br> <a href="https://www.mn.catholic.edu.au/employment/positions-vacant/job/9312/" target="_blank">More Information</a>
