They are a key member of the Brigidine College Executive and exercise a privileged, professional relationship of support and loyalty to the Principal. The Assistant Principal helps shape and implement a vision for the school that reflects the values of the Brigidine Sisters and St Brigid. <br /><br />The Assistant Principal shares in the leadership of the Brigidine College community by supporting the Principal and Executive team, and working harmoniously with the broader parent body. They exercise this responsibility by working collaboratively with the Executive to deliver high-quality contemporary teaching and learning outcomes for the College community, as well as promoting and attending to the wellbeing needs of all students.<br /><br />The Assistant Principal will be capable of contributing thoughtful, creative and innovative education strategies, and will have an ability to identify education opportunity to optimise learning outcomes. They will also have knowledge of how to leverage benefit from different teaching and wellbeing approaches to ensure the maintenance of a professional contemporary approach for delivering excellence in girl’s education.
