<p>The Assistant Principal (Students and Engagement) operates as a faith and learning leader, leading the College improvement agenda for students and their participation and engagement. You will work collaboratively with the Deputy Principal and Assistant Principal (Community and Growth) to ensure learning success for the students of Ave Maria College. This is driven by leadership excellence, effective learning environments, and the provision of high-quality programs that are evidence based. The role will ensure that the educational aims of the College in student opportunity, leadership, participation and engagement are achieved, including the Catholic and specifically Franciscan charism of Ave Maria College. </p><p>Your leadership will reflect the goals and expectations of the College Learning Charter.
