<p>We are seeking&nbsp;a school leader to be accountable for establishing networks both within the Catholic school community and broader educational community with regards to student and staff well-being.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>The Learning of Learning Pastoral Care Role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of four years professional qualification in education</li> <li>Accredited tertiary qualification in education or, degree in a specific discipline with a graduate degree in teaching</li> <li>Holding, or working towards, a post-graduate qualification in a relevant discipline</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in a leadership position in a school setting</li> <li>Demonstrated record of leading learning in Catholic schools</li> <li dir="ltr">Exercise Catholic leadership and foster the faith formation of students and staff</li> <li dir="ltr">Foster a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility across the school</li> <li>A strong commitment to the Catholic faith in practice and lifestyle, witness and modelling</li> <li>Capacity to lead learning in an experiential setting and lead change strategies in response to data and research</li> <li>Lead a strong team that takes responsibility for implementing pastoral care and well-being programs and structures that build a culture of continuous improvement.</li> <li>Develop a College wide philosophy and policy on pastoral care and student development (care of entire person), congruent with the Mission of the College.</li> <li>Ensure that pastoral and management objectives are achieved</li> <li>Contribute as a member of the Senior Leadership Team to the cohesive implementation of the overall direction and function of the College</li> <li>Communicating between staff, parents and students with regards to student well-being and pastoral care through School Stream, College website, newsletter, daily notices etc</li> </ul> <p><strong>How to Apply:</strong></p> <p>Applications MUST upload the following: (applications will not be accepted if you do not include all of the following requirements).</p> <ul> <li>cover letter detailing how your experience matches the selection criteria.</li> <li>a resume</li> <li>copies of relevant Uni transcripts</li> <li>contact details of THREE professional referees from within education that have been your supervisor and/or Principal.</li> <li>a copy of their Working with Children Check.</li> <li>your CEDP PIN or HRTC number (If you do not have either of these, please complete the online registration process to obtain an HRTC number (<a href="https://ceo-web.parra.catholic.edu.au/ceoweb/login.htm">https://ceo-web.parra.catholic.edu.au/ceoweb/login.htm</a>).</li> </ul> <p><strong>The Organisation</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta provides quality learning and teaching in a faith-centred environment in its primary and secondary schools and for early learning and out of school hours care centres in western Sydney.
