<p><b>The following key criteria will be used as a framework for review for the Head of Senior School position: </b></p><ol><li> A committed Christian of the evangelical and reformed persuasion, able to subscribe to the Westminster Confession of Faith and/or the Three Forms of Unity, active in church life, dedicated to implanting a biblically integrated curriculum with a commitment to excellence and training in a thoroughly Christian world and life view. </li><li>Ability to apply Biblical perspective to the day-to-day running of the School and to lead in a Christian manner. Show a passion and vision for the development of Christian Education and sound knowledge of education directions. </li><li>Experience in team building, proven methods of communication, effective networking skills and the ability to work alongside students and staff successfully. </li><li>Successful experience in staff leadership, management, planning and development.
