<p>A temporary full time position commencing 20 July 2020 until 18 December 2020. The successful applicant will be required to teach English Stage 4, 5 &amp; 6. The ability to teach Religious Education an advantage.</p> <p><strong>Essential Criteria:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>an understanding of and a commitment to the mission of Catholic education</li> <li>the ability to teach Year 7-11 English</li> <li>highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and the demonstrated ability to engage students, parents and staff</li> <li>willingness and ability to contribute to the school's co-curricular programs&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>capacity to differentiate teaching and learning programs to meet the needs of diverse learners and to support them in a 21st Century environment</li> <li>capacity to create a safe and supportive learning environment that caters for the needs of all students and encourages and stimulates learning</li> <li>effective use of data to inform teaching and learning programs and implement changes to programs as required to improve student learning outcomes</li> <li>a pedagogical understanding of how to implement learning technologies in the classroom.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Closing date: 15 June 2020 at 9am</strong></p>
