<p><b>Context </b></p><p> Genazzano FCJ College is a day and boarding school beginning with the Early Learning Centre (co-educational 3 and 4 year old kindergarten) and girls only education from Preparatory to Year 12.    </p><p><br /></p><p><b>The Role </b></p><p> In this ongoing, full time position, the Human Resources Officer will be responsible for recruitment, staff records and employment documentation, organising performance appraisals, supporting staff, inductions and staff exit procedures. </p><p> </p><p><b>About you </b></p><p> The successful applicant will be: </p><ul><li>Degree qualified </li><li>3&#43; years experience as a HR practitioner </li><li>Strong attention to detail; </li><li>A collaborative team player; and </li><li>An exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills. </li><li>Education experience would be advantageous </li></ul><p>  </p><p><b>Child Protection </b></p><p> Genazzano FCJ College promotes the safety, well being and inclusion of all children and young people.
