Seeking workforce/HR or school leadership professionals to join a program with a focus on organisational design and change.

<p>Have a passion for organisational change within an education environment? Are you a leading teacher in a school looking to expand your leadership knowledge? Or a HR change professional looking to step into education? You’ll help us deploy a framework for people change to be used across our various business units and our network of schools.&nbsp;</p> <p>This is a six month contract; you will working with people leaders to develop optimum structures, put in place tools to forecast and manage workload and make recommendations on team design. You'll also have the opportunity to be involved in the design and deployment of workforce management tools in a greenfield environment!&nbsp;</p> <p>We are interested in hearing from:</p> <ul> <li>HR generalists with experience in end to end restructures&nbsp;</li> <li>Middle leadership level teachers (Assistant Principals, Coordinators) with an interest in extending their understanding of school structures and change projects</li> </ul> <p>Experience in an education environment would be highly advantageous. This position will be well-supported by a close network of People &amp; Culture colleagues.</p> <p dir="ltr">The W&amp;OD Specialist, with the broader T&amp;W team, will be accountable for:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">Responding to school and CEO requests on staffing concerns relating to organisational structure</li> <li dir="ltr">Interviews with key staff and leadership within schools and CEO to uncover everyday operational practices and procedures</li> <li dir="ltr">Close collaboration with Principals and CEO leadership to determine key pain points and gaps in the current staffing models</li> <li dir="ltr">Assisting in putting together recommendations for ways to address these gaps moving forward</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">This is exciting and highly impactful work, unique to CEDP and will require a candidate with:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">Experience working closely stakeholders in a consultative manner (dealing with Principals and schools would be ideal)</li> <li dir="ltr">Excellent documentation skills, proficiency in Google Suite and an interest in using other collaborative tools such as LucidChart and Trello&nbsp;</li> <li dir="ltr">Confidence in presenting to diverse audiences</li> <li dir="ltr">An understanding of, or an interest in workforce planning and organisational development</li> <li dir="ltr">The ability to think outside the box when developing new ways of working</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications &amp; Experience</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area of study</li> <li dir="ltr">Appropriate demonstrated experience in organisational design, people &amp; culture, business processes and change</li> </ul> <p>The Organisation</p> <p>Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta provides quality learning and teaching in a faith-centred environment in its primary and secondary schools and for early learning and out of school hours care centres in western Sydney.
