An exciting opportunity exists to join the All Saints College, Maitland in the role of College Principal inclusive of both St Peter's Campus (7-10) and St Mary's Campus (11-12) in Maitland, NSW. We are seeking an entrepreneurial and visionary leader who will take All Saints College into the next phase of its journey through building a strong and robust future for college staff, students and families. The successful candidate will have strong demonstrated leadership in faith education and will have a vision for leading learning within a contemporary Catholic College. The successful candidate will have the ability to negotiate, influence and lead successful change management processes to achieve strategic objectives. St Peter's campus is a school in the Marist tradition (869 students), tracing its origins to 1838. St Mary's (445 students) is a proud Dominican school established in 1867. The Marist and Dominican charisms are significant components of each campus. Both campuses have enviable reputations in the community and have excellent facilities. The College Principal will retain the strengths, traditions and culture of each campus, while committed to building a continuum of excellence for students across years 7 to 12. This is a unique opportunity to lead All Saints Colleges in the Diocese of Maitland Newcastle. The opportunity exists for the successful applicant to commence at the start of Term 4.

• A practising Catholic with a vision and commitment to leading and learning within our Diocesan community; <br>• Ability to articulate a clear understanding of and a personal commitment to Catholic Education and the mission of the Church through Catholic schools; <br>• Postgraduate qualifications in Religious Education, Theological Studies, or a willingness to enrol upon appointment; <br>• Postgraduate qualifications in Educational Leadership combined with a minimum of ten years teaching experience or an equivalent combination of experience, training and achievement; <br>• Proven record of leadership evidenced by innovation with a vision for the future of learning. <br>• Exceptional leadership qualities and a substantial record of achievement in creating and leading effective professional learning communities and delivering quality learning outcomes for all students; <br>• A demonstrated capacity to think and act strategically; to exercise sound judgement; and to negotiate with senior stakeholders to influence the educational agenda for All Saints College and through collaboration for all CSO system schools; <br>• An inclusive leadership style that is collaborative and consultative <br>• A deep knowledge of contemporary pedagogy that effectively supports diverse student learning needs. <br>• Demonstrated ability to effectively optimise the school’s human, financial and physical resources to deliver high quality organisational and educational outcomes; <br>• Demonstrate an understanding of relevant legislative and legal frameworks including equity and diversity, work health and safety and performance management principles in the management of staff and the capacity to implement relevant plans and policies to ensure strong governance; <br> <h3>Essential Criteria:</h3> <br> • Be a practising Catholic with a current Parish Priest reference. <br>• Current NESA Accreditation and Paid Working With Children Check (WWCC); <br>• Qualifications as a four year trained teacher; <br>• Completion of Anaphylaxis training; <br>• Willingness to comply with the CSO Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead 2018 and work towards the Accreditation at Category E – Accreditation for Senior Leadership. <br> <h3>Desirable Criteria:</h3> <br> • Experience working in more than one school <br>• Active participation and leadership in education forums (i.e. Principal/Assistant Principal Professional Associations/Networks) <br> <h3>Renumeration:</h3> <br> Salary is in accordance with New South Wales &amp; Australian Capital Territory Catholic Systemic Schools Principals Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2017. <br> <h3>Additional Info:</h3> <br> To Apply: In order to be considered for this role applicants must upload a current resume and cover letter addressing the position requirements and selection criteria above Applicants are also required to nominate three referees of whom confidential reports may be obtained.
