Accreditation to teach Religious Education in the Archdiocese of Sydney is a distinct advantage.</p><p><b>Essential Criteria:</b></p><ul><li>Demonstrable support and commitment to the mission, values and ethos of Catholic Education</li><li>NESA Accreditation </li><li>Registration, or eligibility for registration to teach in Sydney Catholic Schools</li><li>Demonstrable success as a classroom teacher</li><li>Ability to teach and enthuse students to learn in Stage 5 PDHPE and Year 11 Community and Family Studies</li><li>Ability to collect and use a range of evidence to assess, evaluate and improve teaching and learning practices</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate collaboration and quality relationships in working with others</li></ul><p><b>Desirable Criteria:</b></p><ul><li>Practising Catholic with accreditation to teach Religious Education in the Archdiocese of Sydney</li><li>Successful experience in teaching Stage 5 PDHPE and Preliminary Community and Family Studies</li><li>Demonstrated ability and willingness to lead and support a range of co-curricular events </li></ul>
