<p>CET is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates who are able to demonstrate a commitment to the aims and philosophy of Catholic education for the following position:</p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt">People and Culture Advisor</span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span style="font-size: 12pt">Ongoing 1.0FTE</span></strong></p>
<p>An exceptional new career opportunity is available within CET’s People and Culture Team partnering with our schools to support and shape strategic and operational HR matters.</p>
<p>Candidates will be required to demonstrate sound knowledge of contemporary HR practices and delivery of effective strategic and operational projects. Working with the leaders of HR functions the successful candidate will demonstrate significant understanding and capabilities within:</p>
<ul>
<li>knowledge and experience in employment law, agreement, contract interpretation and performance management</li>
<li>staffing, recruitment and workforce planning</li>
<li>ability to coach leaders and support professional learning initiatives across HR functional areas</li>
<li>influence policy and procedure implementation in accordance with legislation requirements </li>
<li>undertake diverse HR projects, initiatives and activities in accordance with strategies and procedures</li>
</ul>
<p>Candidates will demonstrate significant relevant experience and hold tertiary level qualifications in human resources or related discipline.</p>
