</b></p><p>The school is looking for a passionate and professional Science teacher to commence on Monday 20 July 2020. This is a full-time, ongoing position. </p><p>Ability to teach Chemistry, Physics, Psychology or Mathematics would be highly regarded. Knowledge of the Science Australian Curriculum, BSSS and International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme is desirable.
The Science and Technology Faculty share a passion for excellence in teaching and have a record of fostering outstanding student achievement. Appropriate academic qualifications and teacher training, as well as a sound understanding of current educational trends and learning styles are required. </p><p>
All teaching staff members are expected to take part in the whole life of the School including participation in pastoral care and involvement in co-curricular School activities. </p><p>
Eligibility for registration with the ACT Teacher Quality Institute which includes a Working with Vulnerable People check are conditions of employment. A current first aid certificate is desirable. </p><p>
