This is a full-time, ongoing position. </p><p>Ability to teach Chemistry, Physics, Psychology or Mathematics would be highly regarded. Knowledge of the Science Australian Curriculum, BSSS and International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme is desirable. </p><p> The Science and Technology Faculty share a passion for excellence in teaching and have a record of fostering outstanding student achievement. Members of the Faculty strive to broaden student learning through meaningful inquiry and the scientific method.  </p><p>__________________________________________________________________________</p><p> Appropriate academic qualifications and teacher training, as well as a sound understanding of current educational trends and learning styles are required. </p><p> All teaching staff members are expected to take part in the whole life of the School including participation in pastoral care and involvement in co-curricular School activities.  </p><p> Eligibility for registration with the ACT Teacher Quality Institute which includes a Working with Vulnerable People check are conditions of employment.
