You will possess a customer service mentality and enjoy undertaking a variety of recruitment activities. To ensure your success, you will have experience in using a HRIS system to support recruitment activities.</p> <p><br><strong>Essential Criteria</strong></p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated experience as a Recruiter working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong service focused mentality</li> <li>Professional experience operating in a HRIS system to support recruitment activities, such as PageUp and Empower (both systems experience desirable)</li> <li>Qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent</li> <li>Proven commitment to ensuring the recruitment process is a positive experience for both hiring managers and applicants</li> <li>Effective interpersonal and communication skills coupled with excellent time management skills</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team and willing to assist across the People &amp; Culture service area</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>Application Process</strong></p> <p>Please apply via the link.
