Click here for a <a href="https://applynow.net.au/jobs/ASPECT1125/assets/13488944" rel="nofollow">summary</a> of some of the other many benefits you can access when working at Aspect.</p> <p><strong>The Role - Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul><li>Lead the development and implementation of an Aspect-wide capital property program.</li><li>Provide high-level advice and reports to the Board regarding the capital property program and the property portfolio generally.</li><li>Establish systems, processes, design principles and change management strategies for effective management of property maintenance and capital works projects.</li><li>Lead the sourcing and evaluation process to determine the suitability and securing of new sites for Aspect business units.</li><li>Provide timely and accurate financial and performance management and reporting.</li><li>Lead the development of effective and efficient workspaces taking into account our needs for flexible, fit for the future workplaces across Aspect.  </li><li>Represent Aspect’s special interests to authorities, consultants and contractors during all stages of capital works and help resolve outstanding issues to achieve final contractual completion.</li><li>Interstate travel required to cover multiple Aspect sites</li></ul> <p><strong>Skills, experience and qualifications:</strong></p> <ul><li>Minimum of eight years experience in a senior property leadership role.</li><li>Relevant tertiary qualifications in facilities or project management, or other relevant qualification.</li><li>Knowledge of local, state and federal government building and safety legislation, regulations, codes and compliance standards.</li><li>Demonstrated effective leadership and project management skills in a complex and diverse business environment.</li></ul> <p>A NSW Working With Children Check clearance for paid employment is required.
