Click here for a <a href="https://applynow.net.au/jobs/ASPECT1125/assets/13488944" target="_blank">summary</a>&nbsp;of some of the other many benefits you can access when working at Aspect.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>The Role - Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead the development and implementation of an Aspect-wide capital property program.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide high-level advice and reports to the Board regarding the capital property program and the property portfolio generally.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Establish systems, processes, design principles and change management strategies for effective management of property maintenance and capital works projects.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead the sourcing and evaluation process to determine the suitability and securing of new sites for Aspect business units.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Provide timely and accurate financial and performance&nbsp;management and reporting.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead the development of effective and efficient workspaces taking into account our needs for flexible, fit for the future workplaces across Aspect. &nbsp;</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Represent Aspect’s special interests to authorities, consultants and contractors during all stages of capital works and help resolve outstanding issues to achieve final contractual completion.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Interstate travel required to cover multiple Aspect sites</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Skills, experience and qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Minimum of eight years experience in a senior property leadership role.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Relevant tertiary&nbsp;qualifications&nbsp;in facilities or project management, or other relevant qualification.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Knowledge of local, state and federal government building and safety legislation, regulations, codes and compliance standards.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Demonstrated&nbsp;effective leadership and project management skills in a complex and diverse business environment.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">A NSW Working With Children Check clearance for paid employment is required.
