We are inviting applications for an experienced teacher to join our team in a full time permanent capacity. To be considered for this role you must demonstrate the following essential criteria: </p><ul><li> Experience teaching Stage 5 and 6 Food Technology. </li><li>Ability to teach Stage 6 VET Hospitality (Kitchen Operations). </li><li>Ability to teach Stage 4 Technology. </li><li>Highly effective classroom practitioner committed to the ethos of Catholic education. </li><li>Ability to create a motivating and engaging learning environment catering to the diverse needs of all learners, using varied teaching strategies and sound pedagogical practices. </li><li>Experience in promoting a safe and supportive learning environment with positive student welfare practices. </li><li>Experience in monitoring professional learning needs and aligning them to the learning needs of students. </li><li>Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider professional learning community. </li><li>In-depth knowledge of your subjects and curriculum content. </li></ul><p><b>About you </b><br /></p><p>The successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal and presentation skills as well as: </p><ul><li>Willingness to contribute to the broader extracurricular aspects of school life as an active member of the school community. <br /></li><li>A passion for embracing a culture of innovation in the context of a technology rich classroom. </li></ul><p><b>The rewards </b><br /></p><p>This is a full time, permanent role with an opportunity to join a thriving and future focussed school community with opportunity for career advancement and professional development.
