<p>The Head of School is a key role in the cohesion of all stakeholders and the successful candidate for this position will be a personable, approachable individual, an enthusiast and advocate for opportunities for young people.</p><p>Lorien Novalis is a single stream school of approximately 340 children and students with a staff of 45 employees.</p><p>The Head of School would demonstrate a high capacity of leadership for this vibrant team and would develop and implement the strategic plan in collaboration with the Board of Directors and the College of Teachers.</p><p>It is a requirement that the applicant have a very high regard for and the promotion of the ethos and values of the school and the interpretation of Steiner philosophy as implemented in the running and understanding of the structure and governance of the school.</p>
