<p><b><i><u>Job tasks and responsibilities </u></i></b></p><p>Your core duties is to care and educate your students. As the teacher you are required to support our curriculum which is based on the Kathy Walker Learning approach and our Philosophy. </p><p>You must have the skills to Coordinate your program independently, you will be offered the support you require to enrich the children&#39;s environment through incursions, resources &amp; excursions. </p><p>You will need to manage and mentor co-workers &amp; students who will seek advise and strategies from your experience and skills to assist with their growth as an educator. </p><p>You will work with the leadership team to ensure the effectiveness and quality of the programs in all rooms. </p><p> Assisting with the QIP, educator meetings and Educational leader duties. </p><p>Maintain and manage your resources within your room &amp; with in the service when required. </p><p>Working with teams to identify strengths and seeking opportunities for professional growth and development. </p><p>Working with the Management team to set up and appropriately resource the new 3 &amp; 4 year old kinder rooms in preparation for 2021 - 2022 opening. </p><p><b><i><u> Skills and experience </u></i></b></p><p>Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Education (early childhood) or have completed at least 80% of this qualification. </p><p>Current Early Childhood Teachers Registration and first Aid, Asthma &amp; anaphylaxis certificates </p><p>Confidence and independently run the educational program with passion and enthusiasm. </p><p>Excellent written and communication skills &amp; confident when communicating with parents &amp; leadership team. </p><p>Willing to be proactive in implementing a fun and exciting curriculum </p><p>To provide a warn, caring &amp; safe environment for children in which all children&#39;s physical, social, emotional, cognitive and language development is nurtured. </p><p>bright, friendly and energetic </p><p>Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) &amp; National Quality Standards (NQS) </p><p>Sound understanding of Child safe standards and code of conduct, to share our commitment to child safety. </p><p>Experience in running your own classroom. </p><p>Preferred leadership experience, confidence to positively to guide and mentor others to support professional growth. </p><p>New graduates with a passion for educating &amp; confidence to be in a leadership role welcome to apply.
