<p>The Swot Shop is a leading educational institute specialising in providing extension and enrichment activities for intellectually gifted primary and secondary students. Classes are held weekdays from 4 pm and weekends from 8:15 am on Saturday and 9 am on Sundays during normal school terms. The Swot Shop is located in Norwest Business Park, Baulkham Hills NSW. The Swot Shop Programmes aim to exercise higher levels of thinking rather than accelerate through the school curriculum and include instruction, discussion, investigation, discovery, debate and cooperative problem solving. </p><p> The Position and Culture Teachers at The Swot Shop receive casual rates from $60 - $72 (including attendance bonus)  per teaching  hour based on their level of experience and flexibility of term-based contracts for regular classes. </p><p>The Swot Shop also provides a special mentoring programme for new teachers and ongoing professional development and appraisals throughout the year.
