Provide intervention teaching support for identified areas of student literacy needs </i></p><p><i>2. Work with the Principal and Literacy Leader to:</i></p><p>        ~ <i>co - lead with a focus on writing </i></p><p>        ~ <i>co develop Professional Learning for staff on the high impact teaching of </i>            <i>writing strategies</i></p><p>        ~ <i>Undertake team teaching/ teacher modelling in classrooms to build </i>            <i>teacher capacity</i></p><p>        ~<i>Track student writing data</i></p><p><b>Due to the nature of the position, the following will be considered:</b></p><p>        ~ <i>Teaching allocation is flexible and to be negotiated with a suitable </i>            <i>candidate, eg, 4 half days per week or 2 full days per week</i></p><p>        ~ <i>Experience with EALD learners and with the Gradual Release of </i>            <i>Responsibility (GRR) Model of English teaching an advantage </i></p><p>        ~ <i>Possibility of extension beyond 2020</i></p><p><b>General application requirements:</b></p><ul><li><i>A sound knowledge and a commitment to the Church&#39;s mission in Catholic Education and hold Religious Education qualifications</i></li><li><i>Proficiently accredited and experienced teacher, with a sound knowledge and understanding of the NESA K-6 Syllabus</i></li><li><i>A passion for education and a desire to learn</i></li><li><i>A collaborative team approach</i></li><li><i>Two educational referees, Parish Priest&#39;s reference preferred.</i></li></ul><p><i>                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    </i></p><ul><li><em></em></li></ul>
