To be successful in this role</span>, <span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt">you will exercise sound judgement with regard to advice given to students and the most appropriate means of working with students, taking in to account their individual abilities and learning styles. </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif">You will have demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, use initiative, operate within a team environment and have sound written and oral communication skills.
