<p>Corpus Christi Catholic School is a primary co-educational school catering for 451 students from Kindergarten to Grade 6.
</p><p>The school is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates who are able to demonstrate a commitment to the aims and philosophy of Catholic Education for the following position to be based at Bellerive.
</p><p><b>Finance and Business Services Assistant: 14.44hrs per week
</b></p><p>This part-time, ongoing position is accountable for efficiently and effectively undertaking a range of administrative tasks to support the effective running of the school and will be required to demonstrate:
</p><ul><li>Approachable and personable with a passion for customer service
</li><li>Confident and comfortable working within systems and procedures
</li><li>Time efficient, organised and able to remain calm under pressure</li><li> Effectiveness in financial and accounting functions (including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and end of month procedures)</li><li>Experience in preparing and analysis of budget and monthly financial reports
</li><li>Ability to follow specified policies, procedures and internal control and audit processes
</li><li>Proficiency in the use of computerised processing and commercial finance systems
</li></ul><p>This position will be required to work cooperatively within a wider team environment and be committed to personal and team effectiveness.
</p><p>Salary will be in accordance with the Tasmanian Catholic Education Single Enterprise Agreement 2018.
</p><p>The successful candidate will be required to hold a valid Working with Vulnerable People registration and undertake a satisfactory National Police Record Check prior to commencement.
