<p>Rouse Hill Anglican College is an independent, Christian, co-educational day school serving ~1,400 students from Pre-Kindergarten to Year Twelve. </p><p>The successful applicant will become a valued member of the property management team and have the opportunity to broaden their skills and experience while undertaking green-keeping/horticultural duties and working on maintenance/property projects. </p><p>The position will commence in February 2020. </p><p>DUTIES </p><p>Grounds Maintenance </p><p>• General garden care (weeding, planting, etc.) </p><p>• Mowing and edging </p><p>• Assisting with landscaping projects </p><p>• General maintenance of College grounds </p><p> </p><p>Property &amp; Equipment Maintenance </p><p>• Assisting with all property maintenance (repairs, small projects, etc.) </p><p>• Preparing and maintaining equipment </p><p>• Auditorium/room set up (moving chairs, tables, etc.) </p><p> </p><p>A trade qualification (e.g. Horticulture) would be desirable but is not essential. </p><p>In addition to a salary, the College offers on-the-job training, a supportive work environment and a uniform is supplied (including work boots). </p><p>A Working With Children Check clearance is required. </p><p>To apply for this position, complete the “Application for Employment Non-Teacher” form available from the College web-site (Employment Section) www.rhac.nsw.edu.au and email it together with your resume and referees (including your Church Minister) to: info&#64;rhac.nsw.edu.au </p><p><br /></p>
