Temporary full-time position for term 1 2020 commencing immediately at the start of term 1 2020.

<p>We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level executive support to the Assistant Principal Student Development for immediate start at the commencement of Term 1 2020.  <br /></p><p><b> The Role </b></p><p> Displaying a high degree of initiative and having a proactive attitude, the Executive Assistant to the Assistant Principal Student Development (APSD) ensures the smooth running of the APSD‘s office including the School Psychologists and Counsellors and provides superior executive support and initiatives in a range of duties and responsibilities. This position also provides administrative support to the Heads of Year. </p><p> <b>Essential Requirements </b></p><p> <b>Qualifications </b></p><p> Candidates should possess experience in providing confidential administrative and executive support, including complex diary management. Requiring an empathetic and caring nature, the position also provides front-line support to students and parents in the area of wellbeing.
