The COSHC Inclusion Support Assistant works under the supervision of the COSHC Centre Coordinator to support children with high additional needs, manage the personal care required for the children, and support each child’s inclusion within the Centre.

<p>We are seeking a Inclusions Support Officer at the following, Catholic Out of School Hours Care Centers:</p> <p>North Rocks: Monday, Wednesday Thursday and Friday from 2:30 - 5:30pm</p> <p>The COSHC Inclusion Support Assistant works under the supervision of the COSHC Centre Coordinator in:</p> <p>• Supporting and being responsible for the physical assistance and/or personal care <br>• Implementing specific adjustments in accordance with the CEDP/COSHC Personalised Plan<br>• Supervising at all times the children including excursions if applicable<br>• Developing a relationship with the child and parents to provide holistic support <br>• Working in collaboration with the COSHC Centre Coordinator and staff in the implementation of specific program activities<br>• Undertaking any professional development/training that may be required<br>• Assisting in the development of other COSHC staff to support children with additional needs</p> <p>Applicants may be required to obtain a National Police clearance as part of the application.</p> <p>Applicants must have or be willing to obtain a <strong>paid</strong> Working With Children Check.</p> <p><strong>The Organisation</strong><br>Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta (CEDP) provides quality learning and teaching in a faith-centred environment in its primary and secondary schools and for early learning and out-of-school hours care centres in western Sydney.
