Class size will be 10-15 students. This position is open to both recent graduates and experienced teachers who are interested in being part of the creating a bold new vision of holistic learning in Australia. </p><p>The successful applicant should have a passion to take on <b>leadership opportunities to shape the direction of the sports program </b>at the school, including strengthening our presence in external competitions, and enhancing student interest and rigour in sports and fitness. </p> <h4>REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES </h4><p>Attributes we are looking for in a teacher to join our team are-</p> <ul><li>Effective communication skills</li><li>Adaptability, flexibility and patience</li><li>Creativity with the use of learning technologies</li><li>An open-mind</li><li>A high degree of self-awareness</li><li>An ability to guide and work with other staff members to shape the sports program<br /></li><li>A strong passion for sports and fitness, preferably with a sports involvement in his/her personal life</li><li>An ability to motivate and create a competitive drive in students <br /></li><li>Experience in designing and delivering stimulating learning that extends students</li><li>Knowledge and experience of team-teaching environments<br /></li></ul> <p>An interest in Buddhist philosophy/principles is preferred.<br /></p> <p>To apply, please send your CV, cover letter, and academic transcript (if applicable) addressed to the Principal at hr&#64; </p>
