We are currently seeking an experienced HR Officer to be part of an end to end transition project team.

<p dir="ltr">Are you a HR Officer looking for a flexible, part-time role on an exciting transition and people change project at one of Western Sydney's largest employers?&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">We are currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified HR Officer who can help us, as part of a project team, take a large scale people change project from kick-off to completion. This role is part time (0.6), a fixed-term for 6 months from February to July 2020, and we have the flexibility to work with you on the days you are available.</p> <p dir="ltr">Ideally, you have experience&nbsp;in project-based work across significant people-change projects. You can&nbsp;define and prioritise packages of work collaboratively with team members and are tech-savvy, having worked within collaborative project and documentation tools (i.e. Trello, G Suite etc.). You will need to be knowledgeable around the ER implications of managing and transitioning people data. Ideally you will have tertiary qualifications in HR or relevant equivalent experience.</p> <p><strong>What's in it for you:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work 3 days per week, create a work schedule that works for you</li> <li>Have influence on outcomes as a key resource within an exciting transition project team</li> <li>Become part of a large People &amp; Culture team with a great culture and a diverse set of skills</li> <li>Leave loading and salary packaging available</li> </ul> <p>Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta provides quality learning and teaching in a faith-centred environment across 83 primary and secondary schools and within early learning and out of school hours care centres in Western Sydney.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">Along with the project work described above, the HR Officer position is typically accountable for;</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">Undertaking HR investigations (or liaising with independent investigators) for schools or units within the CEDP Office</li> <li dir="ltr">Assisting in the research and development of human resource projects, programs and training in consultation with CCER</li> <li dir="ltr">Working in partnership with CCER to deliver high quality services to CEDP workplaces including providing operational support to CCER to expedite the delivery of Employment Relations advice</li> <li dir="ltr">Provide input into issues impacting the strategic direction of people management for CEDP workplaces including enterprise agreement/Award application, human resource related policies and practices and other HR/ER projects or programs</li> <li dir="ltr">Assist in the monitoring of performance review process compliance by guiding managers in completing reviews within respective timeframes</li> <li dir="ltr">Ensuring effective records management, data integrity, reporting and analytics</li> </ul> <p>Further information can be found below:<br><br><img src="" alt="Download File">&nbsp;<a href="">Position Description - Human Resource Officer.pdf</a><br><br></p>
