</p><p>Youth Support Worker – Commencing 2020 – Temporary 12 month contract
</p><p>St Philip’s Christian College DALE Waratah is seeking a temporary full-time, well-qualified and experienced Christian Youth Support Worker. The position is based at our Waratah campus and is a 1.0FTE 12 month position commencing in 2020.

Professional Requirements: </p><p>• Personal relationship with God;
</p><p>• Follower of Jesus Christ;
</p><p>• An understanding of the vision and nature of Christian education;
</p><p>• High level communication and administration skills;
</p><p>• Ability to work in a team;
</p><p>• Ability to work without supervision;
</p><p>• Support students within the classroom and playground;
</p><p>• Be able to anticipate needs and problems that may arise; and
</p><p>• Be efficient and organised.
