St Joseph's High School is seeking a Temporary Full-Time Administration Officer to join the team! This position will provide administrative support to the School's Executive. <br/>• Join a school set among green fields with extensive picturesque views of rich farmlands, cattle grazing, the Hunter River and distant mountains; <br/>• Join an agricultural environment committed to enriching staff and students with a variety of real life experiences through interactive agricultural projects; <br/>• Incentives available to compensate for additional costs associated with relocation to this location in the Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle.

<br>• Willingness to support the ethos of the Catholic school <br>• Experience with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Excel and Access data bases <br>• Excellent organisational and time management skills <br>• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to foster and promote positive relationships with all stakeholders <br>• Ability to work independently <br>• Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively as a member of a team <br>• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to manage several tasks concurrently <br>• The ability to work tolerant of an interrupted working environment <br>• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times <br> <h3>Essential Criteria:</h3> <br> • Paid Working With Children Check (WWCC); <br> <h3>Desirable Criteria:</h3> <br> • current Advanced First Aid &amp; CPR Certificate or an undertaking to complete prior to commencement. <br>• knowledge and practical experience with the SAS2000 school administration Compass. <br> <h3>Renumeration:</h3> <br> Salary is in accordance with New South Wales &amp; Australian Capital Territory Catholic Systemic Schools Enterprise Agreement 2017. <br> <h3>Additional Info:</h3> <br> Benefits including: • a corporate fitness program; • employee assistance program (EAP); • paid parental leave; • training and staff development programs; • access to long service leave after just five years; • opportunity for leasing motor vehicles; and • 9.5 per cent superannuation.
