<h4>ABOUT THE POSITION </h4><p>Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Speech Pathologist, Clinical Education. This is a full-time, ongoing role in a team that is dedicated to enhancing access and learning outcomes for students with communication impairments. In partnership with both the Team Leader, Speech Pathology and University staff, this position will focus on coordinating and supporting speech pathology student placements and clinical education across CEM. The Speech Pathologist – Clinical Education will provide ongoing assistance to school leadership and individual staff, which involves travel across the Archdiocese of Melbourne, and work with the Team Leader to foster a professional learning environment for the speech pathology team. </p><h4>TO BE SUCCESSFUL </h4><p>The successful candidate will be a degree-qualified speech pathologist with previous experience working a school environment. Eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia and a valid Australian driver’s licence are also essential. Experience working in the development of speech pathology students and a strong understanding of key speech pathology and education policies, initiatives and legislation will be critical to success.
