<p>A permanent full time position commencing 28 January 2020.</p> <p><strong>Essential Criteria:</strong></p> <ul> <li>an understanding of and a commitment to the mission of Catholic education</li> <li>highly developed interpersonal and communication skills and the demonstrated ability to engage students, parents and staff</li> <li>capacity to lead and mentor staff</li> <li>capacity to create a safe and supportive learning environment that caters for the needs of all students</li> <li>capacity to effectively use of data to inform whole school curriculum planning and timetable</li> <li>capacity to implement innovation with regards to data management systems</li> <li>well-developed administration and organisational skills</li> <li>capacity to manage and organise the day to day running of the school&nbsp;</li> <li>willingness and ability to contribute to the school's co-curricular program.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desirable Criteria:</strong></p> <ul> <li>competence and awareness of the latest school management applications</li> <li>demonstrated leadership skills</li> <li>at least five years teaching experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Closing date: 13 December 2019 at 4pm</strong></p>
