All Saints Catholic College, is a dual campus, co-educational K-12 Catholic College. The College has been formed by the amalgamation in 2019 of the three All Saints’ schools and will be incorporated into a single K-12 school entity on two sites, Liverpool and Casula, commencing in 2020. The school is proud to be a part of the Sydney Archdiocesan system of schools. Whilst 2020 will bring the dawn of a newly named school community, Catholic education in the area has a long and rich history. Initially being overseen by the lay of the All Saints Parish, education changed with the introduction of the charisms of the Sisters of Charity and the Patrician Brothers. The community continues to be shaped by the work of these religious orders today. All Saints Catholic College is currently recruiting, therefore, applications are invited for the position of: TAS and Religious Education Teacher (Commencing January 2020)

<p>Applications for this full time/permanent position should be sent to the Head of Senior School (Principal), Mr David Forrester. </p><p>Essential Selection Criteria: </p><p>The preferred applicant demonstrates the following criteria: </p><ul><li>has a deep understanding and commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic School within the broader Catholic Church </li><li>demonstrates a commitment to academic excellence and a sound knowledge of contemporary approaches to pedagogy including the nature of assessment and differentiated learning </li><li>builds a learning culture of shared responsibility for quality teaching and student learning growth, informed by data </li><li>displays an ability to lead learning and foster innovation and creativity in a collaborative environment </li><li>has a working knowledge and understanding of education appropriate for the Stage this role relates to </li><li>has a comprehensive understanding of NESA requirements </li><li>highly developed interpersonal skills demonstrating an ability to effectively communicate with parents, students and staff </li><li>capable of empowering students to be independent and creative learners</li><li>involvement in the extracurricular life of the College. </li></ul><p>The following General Capabilities are applicable to the role: </p><ul><li>well developed oral and written communication skills </li><li>ability to work collaboratively in a team environment </li><li>strong organisational skills </li><li>Accreditation to teach Religious Education is required.
