<p>The successful applicant will require:- </p><p><b>Essential Criteria </b></p><p>• Capacity to actively support the life of the College, and the Catholic mission and Mercy values of the College </p><p>• Relevant tertiary qualifications and approval to teach in NSW </p><p>• Experience in the teaching of subjects for Years 7 – 10 and in alignment with the relevant curriculum requirements </p><p>• Capacity to critically reflect and adjust teaching practice to improve learning outcomes </p><p>• Capacity to establish a supportive environment conducive to effective student learning </p><p>• Clear understanding of contemporary pedagogy including technology in a 1:1 notebook environment </p><p>• Excellent interpersonal, communication, administrative, organisational and collaborative working skills </p><p>• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional learning </p><p>• Compliance with relevant WHS legislative and related College requirements</p><p><br /></p><p>Applicants should forward the Teacher Application Form, required documentation, copy of resume, and brief covering letter to the recruitment address below.
