<p>We are seeking an Arts Learning Support Officer&nbsp;from suitable instrumental specialists to fill the following positions.</p> <p>Woodwind tutor - 1-2 days per week<br>String tutor - 1-2 days per week</p> <p>The Arts Learning Support Officer is accountable for:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr">Delivery of student learning opportunities through school-based programs which model professional arts practice and link students to industry.</li> <li dir="ltr">Implementation of System Learning priorities and initiatives through the alignment of co-curricular and extracurricular activities within the CAPTIVATE program.</li> <li dir="ltr">Application of specialist arts pedagogical and discipline knowledge to enrich, deepen and transfer learning in the arts to student learning outcomes across the curricula.</li> <li dir="ltr">Contribute to ensemble programs and collaborate with CAPTIVATE Specialist Teachers to further enhance and develop creative and performing arts programs and practices in and beyond the classroom.</li> </ul> <p>Typical Experience and Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of study</li> <li>Appropriate demonstrated experience</li> </ul> <p dir="ltr">The Organisation</p> <p>Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta provides quality learning and teaching in a faith-centred environment in its primary and secondary schools and for early learning and out of school hours care centres in western Sydney.
