<p>This allocation is for 0.5 or 2 ½ days and allows flexibility with days</p><p> Essential criteria:</p><p>*Commitment to the Catholic ethos</p><p>*Ability to work collaboratively with the teaching team</p><p>*High level of knowledge of the EAL/D learner and the capacity to improve student learning </p><p>*Experience in developing literacy and oral language skills</p><p>*Experience in developing writing skills</p><p>*Appropriate qualifications for the EAL/D learner as per SCS Policy</p>
