<p>Applications are invited from suitably qualified teachers for this temporary teaching position for 2020: </p><p>Full time: 28 January to 3 July (Maternity leave cover)</p><p>Job-share: 20 July to 18 December (0.4FTE job-share position)</p><p>The successful applicant will possess:</p><ul><li>a commitment to supporting a positive religious and cultural Catholic school environment for young woman in the Marist tradition</li><li>Mathematics teaching qualifications </li><li>a commitment to excellence in differentiated pedagogy and assessment.</li><li>an understanding of and ability to effectively enhance student achievement and performance which is informed by evidence-based approaches and the skilled use of data</li><li>a commitment to supporting and an interest in our STEM program</li><li>the ability to work and teach as part of a team</li><li>a willingness to be involved in the College’s co-curricular activities</li><li>a genuine desire to build professional relationships which promote a shared commitment and a sense of achievement.</li></ul><p>Applicants should register their interest by submitting a cover letter to the Principal, Dr Anne Ireland, an application addressing each of the selection criteria; a current resume , and a completed <b><i>Employment Application Form for Teaching Staff</i></b> (found on the College website under Employment Opportunities) with certified copies of qualifications and a current Working with Children Check.</p><p>Teachers must be registered to teach with Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS).
