The Director of College Admissions is responsible to the Principal. </p><p>Often the first point of call for prospective families, the Director of College Admissions plays a crucial role in promoting the school and proactively managing the enrolment process. They will foster and promote positive relationships amongst the Luther College community, and in particular with prospective students and their parents. The Director of College Admissions will ensure that prospective families have the information they require to make informed decisions about enrolling their child/children at the College. </p><p>The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills, an alignment with the College mission and values and a commitment to leading a culture of excellence and continual improvement through working collaboratively with colleagues.
