<p> The successful applicants will require: </p><ul><li>A sound knowledge and commitment to the Church&#39;s mission in Catholic education and personal witness to their faith </li><li>Religious Education qualifications required by Sydney Catholic Schools </li><li>A commitment to working collaboratively in a team environment </li><li>A sound knowledge of K-6 curriculum and the proven capacity to differentiate learning to meet the needs of all students </li><li>a commitment to develop learning environments reflective of contemporary pedagogies </li><li>A willingness to evaluate and seek feedback to continually improve classroom practice </li><li>Knowledge and understanding of the EAL/D learner and of EAL/D pedagogy </li><li>An understanding of the effective use of data to inform practice</li></ul>
