<p><b>Essential Criteria:</b></p><ul><li>Highly effective, skilled classroom practitioner committed to the ethos of the Catholic School.</li></ul><ul><li>Hold Religious Education qualifications according to SCS Policy.</li></ul><ul><li>A passion for education and a desire to learn.</li></ul><ul><li>Sound knowledge and understanding of K - 6 Curriculum and the willingness to differentiate learning for all students.</li></ul><ul><li> Effectively cater for the diverse needs of learners through varied teaching strategies and sound pedagogical practices.</li></ul><ul><li>Highly developed interpersonal and collaborative skills which allow effective and respectful communication with students, colleagues, parents/carers and community members.</li></ul><ul><li>Able to create a motivating and engaging learning environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to understand the individual needs of students to maximise learning opportunities.</li></ul><ul><li>A commitment to working collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, within stage and across a growing school A willingness to evaluate and seek feedback to continually improve classroom practice.</li></ul><ul><li>Child protection screening compliance (WWCC - please provide number)</li></ul><ul><li> Registered to teach with NESA and Sydney Catholic Schools (please provide ID numbers) </li></ul>
