Full time temporary classroom teacher

<p>Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced teachers. </p><p>Position commences at the beginning of the 2020 school year. Child Protection legislation requires the preferred applicants to be subject to employment screening. </p><p>The successful candidates will be dynamic and creative teachers. An excellent understanding of contemporary pedagogy and the ability to differentiate and provide for a diverse range of abilities is essential. A strong team member with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively and contribute to the whole school vision, pedagogy and community is essential. </p><p>Applicants should have: </p><p>• a knowledge of and commitment to the mission of the Catholic school and Religious Education qualifications </p><p>• be a positive and collaborative contributor to improving educational outcomes </p><p>• a commitment to excellence as a classroom teacher and high expectations for students </p><p>• experience as a classroom teacher and proven commitment to developing and teaching in flexible learning environments reflective of contemporary pedagogy </p><p>• sound knowledge of and experience in the implementation of effective literacy and numeracy programs </p><p>• a proven commitment to sharing their skills, gifts and talents with the school community as a whole </p><p>• registration with the NSW Institute of Teachers </p><p>Interested applicants are invited to email a curriculum vitae, including contact details of three referees (past employer, present employer and parish priest from usual place of worship), to the principal Mr Leigh Mirto </p><p><br /></p>
